Delete Account

To have your account and personal data permanently deleted, please contact us using the form below or by email.

We will process your request manually through Shopify Admin in accordance with privacy regulations.
This process is permanent and typically takes up to 10 days for Shopify to completely erase your information from all associated systems.

What will be deleted

We will delete your customer profile and any personal information stored in Shopify, including:

• Name

• Email

• Phone number

• Saved addresses

• Order history identifiers

Some details (like tax invoices) may be kept where legally required, but they will no longer be linked to your active profile.

How long it takes

After you submit your request, we’ll verify your identity and begin the deletion process in Shopify Admin.
Shopify usually completes the full erasure within 10 days.

Please include the following details when you contact us:

• Full name on the account

• Email address used to create the account

• Any recent order numbers (optional)
