At 100ZAVE, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

2. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products such as accessories, underwear, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Include your Order ID, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees and discounts (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank or payment provider.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment service, as processing times vary.

    If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us directly.
